Neil is a highly experienced Front Office manager who has held senior roles in options and exotics trading, as well as in business and project management.
Neil began his career in the London commodities market before establishing currency option trading units at HSBC and UBS London. Neil joined BNP as an options trader and became Global Head of Interest Rate Options and Exotics at RBS. In 2008 Neil moved into business management in the Non-Core Unit of RBS, designing and implementing strategic plans and governance structures for the asset disposal programme. Latterly Neil was part of the team managing the Swaps remediation project at HSBC. Neil has extensive experience communicating with senior board members and stakeholders regarding complex trading positions and has led a number of investigations dealing with conduct and rogue trading issues. He is an FMCR senior consultant in an ongoing market abuse and market manipulation assignment.
