Aysha Suzuki
SPECIALIST AREA: STRUCTURING, CUM-EX, STRUCTURED CREDIT
Aysha is a recognised expert in the mechanics and complexities of Cum-Ex trading and is a consultant for FMCR in a large European equity dividend investigation. Within this role, she has studied the contributions of the various participants and has specialised in recognising the various techniques and idiosyncrasies employed.
Aysha has spent most of her 10-year career as a Credit Trader and Structurer in Structured Credit at Barclays, and worked subsequently at RBS, Commerzbank (Singapore), and Danske Bank. Her main areas of focus were in Bonds, Distressed Debt, CDS, RMBS, bond ETFs and other structured credit products. Aysha also has a proven track record in trading, pricing, providing valuations, holding auctions, risk management and credit documentation. Aysha holds a first-class degree from Cass Business School in Investment and Financial Risk Management, and is fluent in English and Japanese.
